Virtual-Disk File System Driver

A C implementation of file I/O across a multi-segment virtual disk, with an LRU cache to reduce read and write overhead.

Implemented the core operations needed to create, open, read, write, seek, and delete files across a segmented virtual block device. An LRU cache reduced repeated device access and made the tradeoffs between correctness, locality, and performance tangible.
